Refund Policy
At Topper Addicted, we take pride in the quality of our toppers, and each one is crafted with care. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Here’s what you need to know about our refund and replacement policy:
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are only available for defective goods and must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive. Any damages caused after the shipment is opened are not eligible for a refund.
- If your product is defective, we will happily provide a replacement. Refunds will only be processed after a replacement has been offered and declined.
- Our product previews give you an accurate idea of what your toppers will look like, so refunds for aesthetic reasons will not be honored.
- Refunds will be processed in accordance with PayPal and credit card standards.
Conditions for Refund:
- Products must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- Quick inspection upon arrival will ensure you’re placed at the front of the line for any replacement needs. We ship all items with care, but please check for damages immediately after delivery.
Magnets:
- Magnets may sometimes come loose during use. However, this can easily be fixed with re-gluing. If a magnet falls off, we will gladly send you a replacement magnet.
- A replacement for a faulty topper due to a loose magnet requires the return of the topper in original condition.
