The whole process was super fast from approval to my design to receipt. I received my topper so much faster than I expected. And the quality is excellent. I love the thin metal, it stays secured with no issues and looks great.
I sent they a photo drawing of what I wanted along with color examples. They designed it just like I wanted and FAST . Great communications. And when I opened my package they made the inside so nice with things like personalized note to me.
