TopperCare protects every topper you've ever purchased from Topper Addicted, including purchases made through our Topper Addicted Etsy shop.

If something happens to one of your favorite toppers, simply request a replacement and we'll recreate the exact same design using the original artwork from your order.

TopperCare Limitations

• One replacement topper per active membership each calendar month.

• Replacements are limited to the exact same design originally purchased. We use the artwork from your original order to recreate your topper.

• Coverage applies only to toppers purchased directly from Topper Addicted or our official Topper Addicted Etsy shop.

• TopperCare does not cover Pair Eyewear® branded toppers or products purchased from other makers.

• Your membership must be active at the time the replacement is requested.

• Membership renews automatically each month on the 1st until canceled.

• TopperCare may be discontinued at any time and we reserve the right to change the program. Though points will never be taken away once they're given.

• Memberships that are started less than 10 days before the end of a month will be billed the following month. Example - you sign up Oct 22. You won't be charged again until Dec. 1st.

• Memberships renew automatically each month until canceled.
• You can cancel at any time.
• No contracts or long-term commitment.
• No refunds for the current billing period.
• Benefits remain active until the end of the paid period.
• TopperCare and TopperCare Gold benefits are available only while your membership is active and in good standing.
