My topper arrived quickly and they answered my questions in a timely manner. However, one of the magnets came off the first time I tried to put it on. I glued it back on. I also had to shape it to get it sit flush on my glasses as it didn't come pre-shaped. Overall, I like the frames and I'll probably order again.
